Now has never been a better time to buy a house in the Languedoc.
With property prices rising the highest in 2005 throughout the whole of France, people are still flocking to buy a secondary or retirement property.
It is a buyers market.Why? Selling prices are being put on quite high- as a reaction from huge increases in property values. Properties are genrally selling for a reduction of 5-15% of the asking price.
